SPONSORSHIP

Each concert can have 1 Single-Sponsor or 2 Co-Sponsors who share the sponsor fee; each will have their name front and centre for all promotions associated with the show that they sponsor.

 Sponsorship will involve the following MWC promotional products:

• Concert programs - we print a maximum of 200 programs for each concert (venue capacity250) and single-sponsors have their ad on the entire outside back cover; co-sponsors share the back cover, each receiving a ½ page ad.
• Website – our attractive & informative website displays a homepage concert banner ad, with your name and logo.
• Social Media – we have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and send mass e-mails (eBlasts) to our members
• Posters - 75 concert specific posters are placed in communities within 75 km radius of Highgate.
• Print Media - we advertise in local weekly papers with classified and banner ads and have articles and reviews with photos for each concert - you are mentioned in all ads and written articles/reviews.
• Radio Media – Exclusive Sponsor results in on-air promotion, includes interviews of MWC on local radio stations about artists and concerts, ticket give-aways and on-air ads and promotions – your name is mentioned in all.
• On-line Ticket Sales Website - short blurbs for each concert with your name.
• Public Accolades - formal thank-you to your company in the opening remarks of concert. You or your representative draw the winner of 2 free tickets for the next show on stage at intermission as well as the 50/50 draw.
• Front and Back Stage Passes - complimentary tickets and a meet-and-greet with the performers!
